This week I want you to declutter your sleepwear.
I'm going to hold my hands up here and say this is one area I have to keep on top of. I am guilty of holding on to old t-shirts and shorts because I will use them to sleep in. Guess what, I don't use them! Maybe you are the same.
I've got a 5 minute, 30 minute, and longer job option for you as always. Choose whichever you can manage and remember, progress is progress no matter how small.
If you have 5 minutes...
Tidy up any sleepwear which may be out of place. Put dirty PJs in the wash and clean ones away.
If you have 30 minutes...
Go through your sleepwear and take out anything which is past its best or which you no longer use. Donate or recycle anything you decide to get rid of. When donating, only donate items which you would buy. Don't give charity shops unsellable items. (Some charity shops will take clothes for recycling. Check before you donate and separate those items out in a separate bag.)
If you have longer...
Same job as above but take time to organise what you keep. The place you are keeping your sleepwear will dictate how you store it. Try to store your clothing vertically rather than piling it on top of each other. This makes it easier to see and easier to keep tidy. You may wish to invest in drawer organisers to keep items neat.
You can find storage tips and folding tutorials on my YouTube channel.
